Fantastic play to stay. Great location and views. The property had everything we needed. Bus stop outside the house which is direct to Brighton seafront. Will be looking to book again - 100% recommend. Big thank you to the host.

Lovely big house with an excellent hot tub. The house is about 3 miles from the centre of Brighton so it’s not walking distance, and parking I. The centre is quite pricey - having said that, driving down into the town is easy and there are plenty of places to park. The house benefits from being set above and back from the road and so was really peaceful. No neighbour noise. House was well equipped with an excellent coffee machine (tips on where to get extra pods would be good). Had a great stay here with the family.

We had a wonderful few nights, right in the centre of Brighton only five minutes from the beach and pier. Our kids are already asking when we can go back!

This stay was a last minute booking and the best option flat was so local to all the shops. Very very quiet, and extremely cozy’s The shower it’s extremely fantastic. Even games to play definitely a place to be with you family I highly recommend

Absolutely loved this place, definitely will look to stay again, hot tub was amazing, rooms were great, kitchen had everything needed, plenty of space, felt just like the place i wanted to be.

A Perfect Coastal Escape! We have just returned from a wonderful 3-night stay at this 2-bedroom garden flat in East Preston, and it was exactly what we needed. The location is the absolute standout feature—it really is just a 2-minute stroll to the beach making it easy to pop back and forth for sunset walks and morning coffees in the Salt beach cafe. The flat itself was spotless, bright, and felt like a real home-away-from-home with everything you would need. Both bedrooms were well-sized with very comfortable beds, and the living area was a great spot to unwind in the evenings. We also loved being within walking distance of the local cafes and pubs in the village—East Preston has such a friendly laid back vibe. A perfectly located base to explore the West Sussex coast

Loved the styling and aesthetic. It was SO close to town which was perfect for us! The smaller bed upstairs was on a significant lean, we had quite a rough sleep there but ended up chocking up that side with wood and that made it a bit better. Definitely recommend getting this addressed for future guests!
